




Job Description: We are looking for a passionate **Digital Trafficker** specializing in campaign targeting and optimization on **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads**, to join our digital marketing team. Your mission will be to **generate high-quality leads, maximize ROAS, optimize CAC, and manage multichannel advertising budgets** for clients across diverse industries (B2B, B2C, and eCommerce). **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads**. * Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and profitability for every investment. * Develop lead acquisition and sales strategies for **B2B, B2C, and eCommerce clients**. * Implement A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. * Measure and report key performance metrics: **CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions**. * Analyze data and propose continuous improvements to the media buying strategy. * Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with each client’s business goals. * Stay up to date on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and new audience segmentation opportunities. **Job Requirements** * **Proven experience** (minimum 2 years) managing paid campaigns on **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads**. * Solid knowledge of **performance marketing strategies** and lead generation. * Advanced proficiency in **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools**. * Ability to work with budgets of varying sizes and across different sectors. * Experience in **CAC optimization and ROAS improvement**. * Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. * Soft skills: proactivity, strategic thinking, effective communication, and teamwork. **Desirable or “Plus” Qualifications** * Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Familiarity with automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). * Experience in **remarketing, lookalike audiences**, and funnel-based strategies. * Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). **Working Conditions** * Work model: **Hybrid** (remote + office). * Department: **Digital Marketing / Performance**. * Collaboration with design, content, and account teams to develop integrated campaigns. * Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility based on deliverables and campaign needs.
