This position is responsible for supervising the correct execution of the service across various hospitals, ensuring availability of surgical instruments, implants, and compliance with operating room procedures. Responsibilities * Coordinate osteosynthesis service operations across multiple hospital units. * Supervise appropriate use of orthopedic instruments and implants during surgical procedures. * Ensure availability of bone fixation systems according to surgical scheduling. * Coordinate field-based technical and support staff. * Track operational incidents and ensure service continuity. * Maintain communication with medical and administrative teams at each unit. Requirements: Experience in trauma and orthopedics / osteosynthesis services. Experience coordinating multi-unit operations (minimum 4 hospitals). Knowledge of orthopedic instruments and bone fixation systems. High availability for frequent travel and relocation. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
