We are a real estate development company, and due to departmental growth, we are seeking our next Marketing and Video Specialist. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in: Communications, Graphic Design, or Marketing. * More than 1 year of verifiable experience in a similar position. * Planning, filming, production, execution, and editing of audiovisual material for social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). * Proficiency and knowledge of production equipment (cameras, drones, gimbals, microphones, etc.). * Coordination of various marketing activities alongside the team. * Writing creative and engaging copy aligned with the brand’s tone. * Developing marketing strategies to promote and position our products in the market. * Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and trends. * Planning and organizing the content editorial calendar. * Identifying digital trends and applying them to the brand’s strategy. * Proficiency in editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, CapCut, or similar). * Management of multiple formats: photos, videos, podcasts, live streams, webinars. * Knowledge of SEO, storytelling, and digital marketing.
