Job Purpose: The Lead Digital Solutions is responsible for driving the development, product management, and scaling of end‑to‑end digital solutions owned by the Accelerated Digitalization \& Data Analytics team. This role focuses on critical initiatives and strategic tools across DHL Supply Chain Latin America, leveraging Agentic AI, automation, and digitalization technologies (e.g., RPAs, PowerApps, etc.) to deliver measurable business impact. The position ensures alignment with global guidelines, partnering closely with the Global CoE IPA to secure compliant, scalable, and sustainable solutions. It orchestrates cross‑functional collaboration across countries, fosters a value‑creation mindset through reuse and synergies, and oversees the full lifecycle of digital products to ensure adoption, stability, and continuous improvement. Main Accountabilities: Portfolio \& Product Management • Own and manage the regional portfolio of digital solutions, ensuring strong governance and full lifecycle management. • Prioritize the solution roadmap based on business value and strategic alignment with AD\&DA country leads. • Lead product management activities: requirements definition, backlog management, release planning, and documentation. Solution Delivery \& Design • Orchestrate end‑to‑end delivery of digital solutions using AI, low‑code, and automation tools. • Translate business needs into scalable solution designs, including Concepts of Operations and Concepts of Systems. • Ensure solutions meet global IT governance standards, including security, documentation, release controls, and operational readiness. Support \& Solution Stability • Guarantee ongoing support aligned with SLAs, ensuring solution stability, adoption, and measurable value realization. • Oversee continuous improvement and enhancement cycles for deployed solutions. Governance \& Cross‑Functional Coordination • Partner with Global CoE to align architectures, reusable assets, and governance frameworks. • Drive knowledge sharing across countries to promote reuse and avoid duplication. • Streamline governance flows to accelerate execution while maintaining compliance. Community Enablement \& Capability Building • Develop and enable regional developer and automation communities by providing visibility into platforms, products, and reusable assets. • Train and upskill developers, key users, and extended AD\&DA teams on approved tools and best practices. Vendor \& Cost Management • Manage external vendors delivering AI and automation solutions, ensuring quality and compliance. • Optimize regional tooling and licensing costs (e.g., VDE) through consolidation and synergy creation. People Leadership• Lead and develop 1–2 team members under a matrix model, fostering growth and technical progression. • Conduct internal training and enable continuous team development. Senior Stakeholder Communication • Present solution insights, business impact, and value cases to senior leaders to support adoption and scaling. Who We Are Looking For: Technical Experience • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end digital solutions using automation and low‑code tools (RPA, PowerApps/Power Platform). • Practical experience leveraging AI/LLM tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) in business workflows. • Ability to translate business needs into solution designs and technical requirements. • Experience with digital governance (security, change control, documentation). • Management of support models, incidents, SLAs, and continuous improvement cycles. • Experience coordinating vendors in automation and digital solution delivery. • 2\+ years leading or mentoring small teams. Functional Experience • 4\+ years in Supply Chain \& Logistics; 3PL experience is a strong plus. • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end operational processes (warehouse, transport, customer operations, POD/invoice processing). • Evidence of identifying automation opportunities and delivering measurable outcomes. • Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives with Operations, IT, business functions, and vendors. • Ability to build value cases, influence decisions, and drive adoption. • Experience operating in multi‑country/regional environments with aligned governance. • Comfort operating in compliance‑ and security‑governed frameworks. Geographical Experience • Experience in the Latin American market—especially Mexico and Brazil—is a strong plus. Education \& Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. • Degrees in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Management are acceptable with strong digital/automation experience.
