MAIN FUNCTIONS. 1. Visually inspect the belt system. Verify absence of faults via the control panel to ensure operational readiness. 2. Keep conveyors clean through preventive maintenance to maintain optimal condition. 3. Inspect the condition of metal components (bearings) supporting and enabling rotation of any machinery shaft. Perform cleaning and lubrication to prevent mechanical wear. 4. Keep control panels clean by cleaning electrical circuits to prevent dust accumulation and avoid emergency shutdowns. 5. Check hydraulic pump oil level for telescopic handlers through preventive maintenance to prevent hydraulic system damage. 6. Maintain telescopic discharge handlers in good condition through preventive maintenance to avoid operational delays. 7. Inspect functionality of warehouse curtains through preventive maintenance to prevent accidents involving operations personnel. 8.
