The primary focus of this role is the technical and practical development of molds—from digital modeling through physical fabrication, surface preparation, detailing, and optimization for production. This position is ideal for candidates seeking specialization in composite material manufacturing processes and direct hands-on workshop experience. Responsibilities * Design and development of molds for fiberglass parts. * 3D modeling and preparation of technical drawings for fabrication. * Mold fabrication: surface preparation, gelcoat application, lamination, and structural reinforcement. * Hands-on workshop work: resins, demolding, adjustments, and finishing. * Mold improvement and optimization for repetitive production. * Research and selection of composite materials. * Technical documentation of processes and improvements. Requirements * Industrial Design graduate. * Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino or similar). * Strong interest in manufacturing and manual/technical processes. * Willingness to perform hands-on workshop tasks. * Attention to detail, precision, and quality.
