




**High Voltage Project Study and Quotation Technician and CFE Bidding** **Job Objective** Develop technical and economic studies for high voltage projects, integrating technically and commercially viable, competitive, and profitable proposals that meet client requirements and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze bidding documents, drawings, and technical specifications. * Define the technical scope of substation, transmission line, and interconnection projects. * Prepare material, equipment, and construction quantity takeoffs. * Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Compile engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning budgets. * Prepare the project’s technical proposal. * Develop the economic proposal with cost breakdown. * Identify technical and financial project risks. * Support the commercial department during clarification meetings and negotiations. * Transfer technical information to the construction execution team. * Analyze scope changes and estimate impacts on cost and schedule. **Job Requirements** Education: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2 to 5 years in medium- and high-voltage electrical projects.
