We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Administration and Comptroller to join our dynamic team and contribute to the effective management and financial oversight of our school. **Position Objective** \- Responsible for supervising the school’s administrative operations and financial control. This role involves ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes, managing administrative staff, and providing accurate financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** \- Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning. Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures. Manage correspondence, reception, and filing of important documents. Supervise budget preparation and monitoring. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Supervise administrative staff, including task assignment and performance evaluation. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff. Manage payroll and employee benefits. Assist school leadership in planning and executing strategic projects. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and school board meetings. Manage leadership team schedules and coordinate administrative meetings and events. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting school administration. Implement procedures to maintain regulatory compliance. **Position Profile** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in administrative management and financial control, preferably in an educational setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and decision-making ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High level of integrity and accountability.
