Professional development opportunities **Job Description** We are seeking a Fashion Designer with proven experience using **PLM Lectra** software to join our creative and product development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking the design and collection development process, ensuring accurate technical documentation and coordination with relevant departments. **Responsibilities** * Develop and design fashion collections in accordance with brand guidelines. * Use and administer the **PLM Lectra** system to register, update, and track styles, tech packs, and materials. * Prepare and maintain tech packs, specifications, and BOMs. * Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure accurate execution of designs. * Track samples, revisions, and product approvals. * Support continuous improvement of product development processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical training in **Fashion Design or related field**. * **Proven experience using PLM Lectra** (mandatory requirement). * Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end product development process in fashion. * Proficiency in preparing and managing tech packs and garment specifications. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. **Competencies** * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Project planning and tracking. * Results-oriented mindset. * Adaptability and continuous learning. **We Offer** * Full-time employment. * Professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and creative work environment.
