Professional development opportunities and a creative work environment. **Job Description** We are seeking a Fashion Designer with proven experience using the **Lectra PLM** software to join our creative and product development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the collection design and development process, ensuring accurate technical documentation and coordination with relevant departments. **Responsibilities** * Development and design of fashion collections according to brand guidelines. * Use and administration of the **Lectra PLM** system for registration, updating, and tracking of styles, technical sheets, and materials. * Preparation and maintenance of technical sheets, specifications, and BOMs. * Coordination with production, purchasing, and quality departments to ensure correct execution of designs. * Tracking of samples, fit adjustments, and product approvals. * Support for continuous improvement of processes related to product development. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical training in **Fashion Design or related field**. * **Proven experience using Lectra PLM** (mandatory requirement). * Knowledge of the complete product development process in fashion. * Proficiency in preparing technical sheets and manufacturing specifications. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively. **Competencies** * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Project planning and monitoring. * Results-oriented mindset. * Adaptability and continuous learning. **We Offer** * Full-time employment. * Professional development opportunities. * A collaborative and creative work environment.
