Responsibilities: * Prototype and physical sample development and design, as well as pattern drafting for production according to technical specifications * Determination of auxiliary materials and distribution * Production supervision to ensure compliance with quality standards and correct garment construction * Liaison with fabric and auxiliary material suppliers, as well as garment manufacturers Requirements: * Certification as a Fashion Designer or equivalent experience * Proven experience of 3 to 5 years * Proficiency in various fashion design software (pattern drafting, etc.) * Frustration tolerance and ability to work under pressure * Experience in production planning and scheduling Salary will be commensurate with experience.
