(Transcript with GPA of 0, Letter of Completion or Degree Certificate) \* Experience in electrical measurement work (low and medium voltage) \* Experience in customer service. \* Responsible and proactive \* Punctuality \* Valid driver's license \* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. \* Basic knowledge of electricity. \* Must reside in Ensenada, Baja California. Duties • Conduct energy diagnostics at low voltage, Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 for CFE users \* Provide specialized advisory services on efficient energy use. • Manage, organize, evaluate, and execute work requests generated by CFE customers regarding service complaints and electrical service reviews. • Prepare weekly productivity reports. \* Prepare various reports for low- and medium-voltage users.
