INDUSTRIAS BOGRI, a leader in the manufacturing of plastic bottles and caps, is seeking an **Electromechanical Technician with experience in plastic injection, blow molding, and extrusion machines.** If you have a proactive attitude and seek job stability, this is your opportunity! **Your Profile** * Prior experience in the plastic injection industry and/or injection-blow molding and/or extrusion-blow molding. * Completed or incomplete technical degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field preferred. * Flexible availability for shift work. **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid knowledge of **electrical systems** (symbols, calculations, control systems, inverters, sensors, motors, and motor starting methods), **mechanical systems** (symbols, mechanical seals, plain bearings, rolling-element bearings, cutting blades, centrifugal pumps), **hydraulic systems** (symbols, pump types, seal types, cartridge valves, directional control valves, sequence valves, compensators), **refrigeration systems** (basic knowledge and components), and **compressors** (basic knowledge and components). Ability to read and interpret diagrams; proficiency with measurement tools such as multimeters, ammeters, and pressure gauges; and experience with programmable logic controllers (**PLC**). **Responsibilities** * Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on equipment to ensure optimal operation. * Conduct tests and adjustments on systems to guarantee proper equipment functionality. * Perform daily inspections of injection machine barrels to detect and eliminate leaks at nozzles and sprues. * Support emergency maintenance tasks alongside area supervisors and team leads. **Rotating Shifts** * 6:00 am to 2:30 pm * 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm * 10:00 pm to 6:00 am **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * Weekly payments. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Subsidized cafeteria service. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Annual attendance bonus of up to 30 days’ salary. * Eyeglass allowance.
