Mobility ADO is seeking: **SAP PAYROLL PROGRAMMER** Responsibilities: * Support business process analysis related to payroll and human resources. * Participate in interviews with users to gather functional requirements. * Document processes, configurations, and project deliverables. * Perform basic configuration (parameterization) tasks in SAP HCM Payroll. * Execute unit tests and support integration testing. * Participate in project monitoring meetings and project control activities. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Administration, or related field (currently enrolled or recently graduated). * Basic knowledge of SAP HCM, especially the Payroll module. * Desired experience in academic projects, professional internships, or junior roles in SAP consulting. * Ability to work collaboratively, learn quickly, and follow technical guidelines. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to manage and configure infotypes and perform data loads. * Desired knowledge of Mexican payroll processes in the following areas: * Regular payroll and extraordinary payroll (year-end bonus, severance payments, profit-sharing) * Payroll calculation schemas and rules * Payroll functionalities and operations * Pay slips and remuneration statements * Gross-to-net salary calculation * Knowledge of time management: Direct hiring by the company Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Not a project-based role; permanent position Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Remote work * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
