Receive and attend to guests at reception in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the “Distintivo Elite” Manual. 2\. Accurately register all guest entries according to their access method in the various control systems. 3\. Be familiar with the different methods of accessing the lounges. 4\. Ensure availability of all necessary supplies and electronic devices, as well as proper functioning of work tools. 5\. Inform guests about the main services available within the lounge, taking into account the type of access used for entry. 6\. Monitor guest stay duration and coordinate Re\-check\-in In when applicable. 7\. When requested by the guest, coordinate necessary activities to ensure comfort and assistance—from reservation through arrival at the lounge, during their stay in the lounge, and up to boarding, when applicable.
