




Position Summary: Coordination and management of incident response teams for failure resolution, KPI tracking, and support and incident management for measurement and communication systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages incidents in telecommunications and measurement equipment. 2. Coordinates with customers and suppliers to resolve failures. 3. We are currently seeking: Measurement and Incident Manager Immediate hiring Education: Incomplete or current student of Telecommunications Engineering or related fields (Systems and/or ICT Administration) Requirements: · Coordination and management of incident response teams for failure resolution · Knowledge of telecommunications \- Monitoring of KPIs defined by Iberdrola. \- Development and implementation monitoring of the continuous improvement plan. \- Support and incident management. \- Review and resolution of incidents. \- Coordination of shipment of replacement meters and transformers. \- Coordination with CFE to request meter reconfiguration. \- Coordination with CFE for installation of replacement meters and transformers. \- 24/7 telephone support for power supply failure reporting, available every day of the year, including holidays. \- Response and management of repairs for failures caused by accidents or theft of measurement and communication system equipment. \- Configuration and testing of replacement 4G modems. \- Coordination with CFE to perform communication tests from meters to servers installed at CFE. \- Registration of meters on CFE servers when there is a change in self-supply priority. \- Coordination with CFE to request maintenance and replacement work orders for measurement and communication systems. \- Coordination with CFE and CENACE to request calibration licenses for meters under supply loads. \- Coordination with Iberdrola’s installation providers to address incidents involving measurement equipment, network infrastructure, and communication tests. \- Implementation of service continuity plans according to available resources. \- Regulatory support and staff training program coordination. \- Coordination among customers, Iberdrola, and CFE for meter reading in case of end-of-month communication loss from meters. \- Management of end-user requests regarding incidents attributable to deficiencies in installations performed by Iberdrola’s providers. \- Management of end-user requests concerning changes to measurement and communication system equipment resulting from electrical supply incidents. · Provides incident response for communication, infrastructure, and measurement equipment issues at Load Centers. · Collects information for registering the Load Center in CFE’s incident portal. · Submits registration request for the Load Center into supply via CFE’s incident reporting portal. · Submits registration request for the Load Center in the Load Center monitoring system. · Monitors Load Center communication. · Detects and prevents potential communication incidents at the Load Center during monitoring. · Obtains readings and performs daily follow-up. · Requests full Load Center records submission to CFE. · Conducts communication tests and configuration reviews jointly with the Load Center. · Identifies whether the incident type originates from software, server, or infrastructure. · Reconfigures communication equipment jointly with the customer. · Requests meter reconfiguration from CFE. · Immediately and accurately notifies all involved commercial parties of the incident.
