Medium-term career growth **Billing, Collections, and Inventory Assistant** We are seeking an Assistant focused on billing, collections, and inventory control—organized, responsible, and detail-oriented—who will provide administrative support and ensure accurate information handling and excellent customer service. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in billing, collections, and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Aspel SAE 8 (preferred) **Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)** Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and suppliers. Proven job stability in previous positions. Main Responsibilities Electronic invoicing; issuance, review, and control of tax documents. Collections follow-up; payment tracking, balance monitoring, and support in reconciliations. Registration, filing, and control of administrative documentation. Inventory control, including incoming and outgoing goods, and physical vs. system reconciliation support.
