PAVISA is a Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of glass products for the food, wine and spirits, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors. We seek a creative, organized individual with an interest in bringing designs to real-world execution, working closely with suppliers and internal teams. **Required Profile** * Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering * Intermediate-to-advanced English (mandatory) * 2 years of experience in industrial designer or product engineer roles * Proficiency in SolidWorks software and technical drawing is mandatory; basic knowledge of packaging manufacturing and mold design is desirable Tools and Software: * 3D modeling software * SolidWorks * Adobe Creative Suite * CRM (knowledge and experience desirable) Job Objective: Develop sketches and designs according to customer and company requirements; prepare and modify mechanical drawings based on approved designs; create 3D models; oversee testing and production of new products; support the production plant in modifying existing molds and conducting test runs to meet targets. Responsibilities: * Development of innovative and sustainable new products. * Gather necessary information to manage project integration and development. * Monitor and support projects jointly with relevant departments from development through first manufacturing and delivery. * Expand skills in emerging technologies. * Contribute to the company’s growth and success.
