We are looking for a **Bid Coordinator with experience in photovoltaic projects**. **MISSION** Lead the technical preparation, evaluation, and submission of proposals and bids for energy sector projects (generation, transmission, distribution, renewables, or electrical infrastructure), ensuring technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and offer competitiveness against the client. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Coordinate the technical development of offers together with Engineering, Procurement, Costing, Legal, and Commercial departments. 2. Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and terms of reference to define project scope. 3. Design and validate optimal technical solutions (equipment, materials, detailed engineering, construction methodologies, etc.). 4. Supervise technical cost estimation, schedules, and associated energy consumption for the proposal. 5. Ensure regulatory compliance of offers according to Mexican regulations (CRE, CFE, SENER, NOMs, etc.) and applicable international standards. 6. Coordinate technical documentation: descriptive reports, diagrams, layouts, technical data sheets, drawings, and calculations. 7. Maintain communication with suppliers and technology partners to obtain quotations and validate specifications. 8. Participate in technical presentations and bid defenses before clients or tendering entities. 9. Support proposal optimization to enhance competitiveness without compromising quality or technical compliance. 10. Collaborate with the Commercial department on offer strategy and technical negotiation. **REQUIREMENTS** Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Energy, or related Engineering degree.
