Key responsibilities include: * Serving as the point of contact for external audits, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently. * Performing periodic bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate accounting records. * Collaborating on updating and maintaining the chart of accounts, following accounting best practices. * Organizing and maintaining an efficient and accessible accounting filing system. * Supervising the corporate card expense verification process. * Implementing and managing fixed asset controls to ensure proper recording. * Applying and disseminating accounting bulletins in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). * Leading and coordinating teams in preparing accounting reports and event closings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and macros). * Advanced English to facilitate communication in an international environment.
