




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator with experience in media agencies to supervise and manage the entire accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with tax and contractual obligations. Preparation of periodic financial reports At Pin It Media, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable departments, preferably within media agencies, advertising, or creative environments. * Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, CONTPAQi, NetSuite). * Solid knowledge of Mexican tax regulations (CFDI, withholdings, etc.). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage the entire accounts payable process: receipt, validation, recording, and payment scheduling. * Verify that invoices comply with established tax and contractual requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, clarifications, or payment-related incidents. * Monitor weekly and monthly payment flows, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Prepare periodic financial reports on the status of accounts payable. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and payment terms. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of 16,000.00 * Monthly meal vouchers worth 1,000.00 * Work location: Lomas de Chapultepec * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00–19:00; Friday, 10:00–17:00 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
