Job Summary: Will join a multidisciplinary team to develop a safety culture, ensuring goal achievement and supporting content creation. Key Highlights: 1. Strong leadership and teamwork skills Responsibilities: * Join a multidisciplinary team to develop and consolidate the client’s safety culture based on the company’s safety and risk management model; * Ensure achievement of specific objectives for the operations site and monitor execution of planned actions; * Support content creation and ensure quality in implementing the site safety manual, as well as in preparing and presenting management indicators and technical reports on results to the client; * Ensure implementation activities for safety and accident prevention programs, Incident Analysis and Investigation, and Risk Management Program (RMP); * Follow up with the analyst team, identifying improvements, adjustments, and strategies; * Provide feedback to the work team. Prerequisites: * Relevant experience in occupational safety and health within industries and/or services, in similar positions; * Specific training as a safety technician and/or bachelor's degree in safety, with national certification to perform the role; * Experience in people management, mentoring, and team coaching, providing energy, direction, and expertise to help teams resolve challenges; * Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of working in teams.
