Position Summary: We are seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a high-performing team, manage profitability, and ensure service quality and patient satisfaction at AXA Keralty. Key Highlights: 1. We seek top talent to join our team and lead a high-performing team at our new **Mérida Clinic** opening. **Requirements:** * MANDATORY: Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Dentistry, with official degree certificate and professional license. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical, Dental, or related Clinic Manager, including management of medical and administrative staff. * Experience managing patient experience, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, budgets, etc. * Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and results-oriented skills. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Analyze, design, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, control expenses, and ensure clinic profitability. * Guarantee service quality and patient satisfaction. * Participate in interviews for hiring personnel under your supervision. * Monitor staff turnover. * Administrative control and follow-up of: petty cash, billing, staff incidents, reimbursements, and returns. * Supervise proper use of clinic resources. * Support the development of the company’s general onboarding plan and all essential training activities. * Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, standards, and procedures regarding Quality, Health, Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Health, Environment, and Corporate Social Responsibility. * Participate in and safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of information processed by the organization. **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $35,000 MXN. * Bonus for achieving performance goals. * Statutory benefits exceeding legal minimums. * Grocery vouchers amounting to 8% of your gross salary. * Continuous training and employee wellness programs.
