Job Summary: We are seeking a Public Relations professional to attract and retain diners, promote events, and represent the brand at a wine bar in Nuevo Vallarta. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand representation in a premium environment The Wine Corner by Vinesp is a unique space created in Nuevo Vallarta, Rivera Nayarit, with a concept designed to enjoy high-quality and diverse wines from around the world, as well as delight palates with culinary creations by the in-house Chef. We are looking for **Public Relations** professionals to join forces with the commercial team to attract and retain diners. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer attraction and community building. * Organization and promotion of events. * Relationship management with strategic partners. * Active presence at the wine bar. * Promotion and dissemination. * Customer experience. * Follow-up and performance tracking. * Brand representation. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Conversational English * Basic–intermediate knowledge of the HoReCa sector (restaurants, bars, wine bars). * Sommelier certification or wine, beverage, and gastronomy knowledge (wine types, basic food pairings, service standards). * Public relations strategies and customer attraction techniques. * Social and gastronomic event organization and logistics. * Basic social media management from a promotional perspective (not design). * Premium customer service and experience expertise. * Basic use of customer databases, guest lists, and follow-up systems. * Image and protocol standards in social and corporate environments. **We Offer:** * Base salary + performance-based bonuses * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing Work Location: On-site employment
