We are seeking our new **Digital Marketing Cell Leader**! Here are some of the knowledge areas and skills you should possess: * Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Experience: Proficiency with task management software. * Knowledge: Digital Marketing, Advertising Campaigns, Inbound Marketing. * Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán. Key responsibilities: * Analyze, distribute, and validate team workload. * Organize the team (recruitment, coordination, and supervision). * Coordinate and participate in client meetings. * Develop team strengths by driving growth (training sessions) in collaboration with HR. * Final quality assurance of deliverables (account objectives, calendars, graphics, copy, leads, and key KPIs). * Monthly team performance evaluation report. * Quarterly satisfaction surveys for assigned accounts. * Exit surveys for accounts that discontinue services. * Monthly innovation meeting per account with internal teams and presentation of proposals to department leadership.
