Your Key Responsibilities * **Audiovisual Language Creation:** Conceptualization, filming, and editing of videos (Reels, TikToks, Video Ads) optimized for retention and conversion. * **Performance Management (Paid Media):** Implementation and optimization of campaigns on **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads**. * **Digital Marketing:** Daily analysis of metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS). * **Graphic Design:** Creation of graphic assets and ad creatives that reinforce the brand’s visual identity. * **Content Strategy:** Monthly planning based on trends and previous campaign performance. Required Profile (Hard Skills) * **Experience:** 1–3 years in similar roles related to content or performance marketing. * **Video Skills:** Proficiency in video editing software. * **Ads Knowledge:** Hands-on experience managing budgets in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads. * **Design Skills:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or rapid-design tools. * **Analytical Mindset:** Ability to generate reports and make data-informed decisions.
