What we're looking for in you: * **Work experience:** 2 to 3 years in customer service within a **call center**. * **Desirable:** experience in **services, real estate, or after-sales sectors**. * **Knowledge and skills:** * Customer service * Handling digital platforms * Basic legal framework: policies, contracts, warranties (basic). * Proficiency in ERP/CRM or management software. * Excellent spelling and diction. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Handle customer calls and messages, providing guidance on warranties and services. * Accurately register and track each report in the system. * Identify and prioritize critical cases based on impact or urgency. * Coordinate and confirm service appointments and assessments with customers and internal departments. * Monitor response times to ensure timely resolutions. * Prepare weekly activity reports and identify recurring issues. * Maintain proactive communication with customers, updating them on the status of their requests.
