




***Commercial Advisor \- Clisa Group*** **Position Objective:** To attend to, advise, and develop clients in the **transportation and industrial sectors**, offering lubricant and specialized oil solutions tailored to their operational needs, ensuring achievement of sales targets and commercial growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Attend to and advise clients on selecting appropriate OTR products according to their needs (transportation, agricultural, industrial, automotive). * Prepare quotations. * Follow up on orders and close sales. * Conduct client visits for product promotion and demonstration. * Report sales results, activities, and prospecting outcomes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the transportation, agricultural, or industrial sector is desirable. * Ability to conduct consultative and technical sales. * Valid driver’s license and availability to carry out field visits. * Negotiation, follow-up, and customer service skills. **We Offer:** * **Base salary:** $13,517 gross monthly ($11,877\.19 net approx.). * **Variable commissions:** 1\.5% on collections. * **Guarantee bonus:** $6,000 \- 3-month period. * **Statutory benefits** (100% IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, and vacation premium). * **Gasoline bonus.** * **Company vehicle and laptop.** * **Major Medical Expenses Insurance** after 3 months. * Biweekly payments. * Monday to Friday 8:30 am\-6:00 pm.
