




Position Summary: Supervise and participate in personalized customer service, monitoring results according to the OS Manager’s plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of service and attention levels at the office 2. Participation in personalized customer service 3. Monitoring of results (portfolio, customers, recovery) SUPERVISE THE SERVICE AND ATTENTION LEVELS PROVIDED AT THE OFFICE, PARTICIPATING IN PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCORDING TO THE OS MANAGER’S WORK PLAN, IN ORDER TO MONITOR RESULTS (PORTFOLIO, CUSTOMERS, RECOVERY).
