Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service representative with experience in the electronic or automotive industry to provide support and service to customers and the sales team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Ability to work independently and with teams to: * Satisfy customers through, among other tasks, timely processing of orders. * Develop solid working relationships with customers and team members. * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner. * Coordinate internal and external resources to meet or exceed customer expectations. * Grow to increase scope of responsibilities. Computer Skills: * The individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Past experience with PC based order entry in ERP systems. English spoken.
