Responsibilities: * Conduct home visits to clients with outstanding debts to manage payment of their accounts. * Negotiate payment agreements and establish clear commitments with debtors. * Accurately record all collection activities performed. * Timely follow-up on established payment agreements. * Meet company-set goals and objectives. * Report incidents and progress to the area supervisor. Requirements: * Experience in collections (preferred). * Proactive, responsible, and committed attitude. * Familiarity with the Cancún metropolitan area. * Own vehicle (car or motorcycle).
