Searching for and locating delinquent customers **FIELD COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT** At Exitus Credit, we are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts within the assigned area through direct field operational management and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities:** * Collection of overdue accounts through in-home collection * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closing of payment agreements * Searching for and locating delinquent customers * Control and monitoring of the assigned area **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) * Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary * 12 vacation days * Vacation bonus of 25% **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver’s license * Availability for frequent travel * Tolerance for pressure and rejection * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Availability for fieldwork Are you interested?
