**Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting * Experience: 1 year as an Accounting Analyst * Competencies: Data analysis, Results-oriented, Teamwork, Customer service. * Billing, payment reconciliations, payment tracking, reporting, payment clarifications. **Responsibilities:** Register and validate invoices for retail customers and general customers according to contracts and commercial policies. Review CFDIs, credit notes, and charges applied by retail chains (discounts, returns, penalties). Perform account statement reconciliations with retail customers, as well as with general customers. Deliver billing, collections, and balance reports. Analyze discrepancies related to commercial charges, promotions, bonuses, and other charges. Follow up on clarifications and recoveries of improper charges. Manage accounts receivable and/or payable related to operations. Verify payment dates, commercial terms, and compliance with deadlines. Prepare aging reports of balances and collections status. Coordinate with commercial, sales, and logistics departments to validate information.
