Offers opportunities for career growth and job stability. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** At **SEPIVER \- Private Security**, a leading company in protection and surveillance services, we are looking for an organized and proactive professional to manage the flow of material resources that enable excellence in our operations. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Guarantee full control of asset inventory (uniforms, PPE, and supplies), ensuring that each operational team member receives their work tools on time and in full compliance with strict documentation standards. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply logistics. * **Location:** Must reside in **Cancún, Q. Roo**. * **Skills:** Strong organizational skills, proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel), and ability to interact effectively with suppliers and operational staff. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Inventory Control:** Conduct weekly inventories of total stock to guarantee resource availability. * **Supply Management:** Receive deliveries from suppliers of uniforms, PPE, stationery, and cleaning supplies, verifying against purchase orders. * **Delivery Logistics:** Prepare equipment packages and coordinate shipping documents with the Logistics Coordinator for all client services. * **Documentation Assurance:** Prepare and retrieve signed custody receipts from personnel upon delivery of uniforms and personal protective equipment. * **On-Site Support:** Assist in launching new services by assembling kits and delivering them directly to security guards. **TECHNICAL AND SOFT SKILLS** * Warehouse performance indicator management. * Accuracy in recordkeeping (Zero errors in custody receipts). * Assertive communication and persuasion. * Sense of urgency and focus on internal customer service. **WE OFFER** * **Monthly Salary:** $12,000\.00 (Net). * **Employment Type:** Permanent. * **Department:** Materials Resources. * Opportunities for career growth and job stability within a solid company. **HOW TO APPLY?** If you meet the profile and are ready for this challenge, apply now and we will contact you.
