Basic technical support and incident analysis Location: El Colli Urbano 1st Section, Zapopan, Jalisco Work Mode: On-site Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (1 day off per week) Job Objective Monitor in real time the location, route, and operational status of transportation units using satellite tracking platforms (GPS), ensuring vehicle, driver, and cargo safety. Ensure compliance with designated routes, schedules, and established protocols, as well as provide basic technical support to customers and internal departments upon detection of incidents. Main Responsibilities * Monitor assets in real time via GPS systems. * Detect and alert on route deviations or unauthorized stops. * Report emergencies to relevant authorities and conduct timely follow-up. * Maintain constant communication with customers and supervisors. * Perform preliminary technical diagnostics and coordinate with specialized support teams. * Verify functionality of tracking and fuel-monitoring devices. * Record incidents and generate operational reports. * Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Administration departments. * Provide consultation and customer service to external clients. Additional Activities * Support internal audits and operational reviews. * Deliver initial training to new platform users or operators. Requirements Education: Completed high school (Bachelor’s degree or incomplete engineering degree preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years in GPS monitoring, logistics, transportation security, or operational support. Languages: English preferred. Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in satellite tracking platforms (GPS). * Knowledge of road geography in Jalisco and central-western Mexico. * Transportation cargo security protocols. * Interpretation of platform performance indicators. * Excel, Word, and email. * Basic technical support and incident analysis. * Ability to work under pressure and availability for shift work. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Experience: * Monitoring: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
