Position Overview: Under general supervision performs the following activities: * Applies specialized knowledge to review specific inter-departmental processes, to support the achievement of regional, divisional and corporate objectives. * Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within the area of expertise. * Prepares internal customs documents to enable the import/export processes of packages arriving/departing via air. * Prepares international manifests to ensure that customs clearance is effective and efficient. * Maintains all customs documentation well organized and properly filed. * Performs classification, baggage support at airport and station, and retrieves air cargo from carriers as necessary. Minimum Requirements: Minimum level of education: * High school diploma completed. * English language proficiency (450 TOEIC points). Minimum Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a freight customs environment. * Knowledge of FedEx applications required (VISA, CAGE, COSMOS, etc.). * CRT experience preferred.
