This position is critical to ensuring control and reconciliation of sales, inventory, and resources generated by distribution staff on delivery routes. We seek a responsible, analytical individual with a strong sense of integrity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify and reconcile daily sales made by route sales personnel. * Receive and validate cash, transfers, or deposits corresponding to sales. * Review inventory delivered and returned by distributors, identifying potential discrepancies. * Prepare daily reports summarizing results per route: sales, returns, shortages, and overages. * Validate invoices, credit notes, and travel or expense vouchers generated during routes. * Identify and report inconsistencies in cash, products, or documentation.
