This is not a traditional estimator or assistant project manager role. We are looking for a highly proactive and outgoing professional with a strong ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems before they arise. The ideal candidate is curious, eager to continue learning, and thrives in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires someone who enjoys taking ownership, communicating confidently with different stakeholders, and continuously improving processes while adapting to evolving project needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Review demolition drawings, revisions, addenda, and scope documents * Perform high\-level progress takeoffs (directional accuracy \~80% is acceptable) * Reconcile superintendent\-reported activity with drawings and contractual scope * Track new or revised drawings and identify changes impacting scope or sequencing * Summarize drawing changes in clear written narratives (what changed and why it matters) * Assist in developing time\-and\-material style change estimates using labor, equipment, and disposal assumptions * Identify partial completions, remaining work, and remobilization risks * Communicate with field superintendents to clarify scope, locations, and completion status * Provide billing readiness and change\-impact summaries to project management prior to invoicing * Perform any other duties as required or assigned. **Qualifications** * 2 to 4 years of experience in the construction industry (demolition, concrete, interiors, or similar trades) * Strong ability to read and interpret construction and demolition drawings * Experience with progress tracking, quantity takeoffs, or field coordination * Working knowledge of labor, equipment, and disposal costs used in time\-and\-material work * Proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Excel/Google Sheets * Strong written communication skills with ability to produce clear, concise narratives * Comfort communicating with field personnel and asking clarifying questions * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred **Deliverables** * Weekly progress reconciliation summary for each active project * Narrative explanation of completed vs remaining scope * Billing recommendation (percentage complete with explanation) * Drawing change summaries with scope impact notes * Preliminary time\-and\-material change estimates (labor, equipment, disposal assumptions) * Risk flags for potential remobilizations, missed scope, or under\-billing **Why should you be part of our Talented Team?** * 5 Days Work\-week. * Legal Benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, Prestaciones. * We will give you the tools you need to make your work happen! * We will always promote a work\-balance culture. ***Intangibles Talent is an equal\-opportunity employer.
