Our objective is to guarantee agile document flow and timely execution of operational processes. **Job Objective:** Perform errands and administrative, banking, notarial, governmental and logistics procedures to ensure the smooth flow of documentation among construction sites, offices and third parties. * **Procedures:** Banking management (deposits/checks), notarial services and utility payments. * **Logistics:** Delivery of documents and invoices, and collection of minor construction materials. * **Operations:** Urgent purchases and operation of a standard motorcycle or compact pickup truck. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed junior high school or high school. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles (in construction, notarial, logistics or administrative fields). * Motorcycle and/or automobile operation capability. **Key Skills:** * Punctuality and responsibility. * Discretion and confidential handling of documents. * Organization and delivery tracking. * Results-oriented approach and practical problem-solving. * Courtesy and respectful communication.
