Calendar management and case file updates Administrative Assistant ARO Pensiones | Metepec (On-site) Job Objective The primary objective of this position is to provide customer service and follow-up via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring a clear and organized experience. The role also supports the legal department with reporting, case file updates, and simple written documents. Responsibilities * Phone support: guidance and resolution of inquiries. * Proactive customer follow-up: reminders, status updates, missing documentation, confirmations. * Calendar management and call scheduling. * Case file updates. * Preparation of follow-up and productivity reports. * Drafting of simple documents under instructions from the legal department. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of office experience. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Drive, and Google Sheets. * Organization, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
