EXPERIENCE: 1 year in recruitment and personnel selection, handling recruitment sources, file preparation, etc. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field, completed. ACCUSTOMED TO WORKING UNDER PRESSURE. SENSE OF URGENCY TIME AVAILABILITY EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Post job openings across various recruitment channels according to the pre-reviewed and approved position profile (flyers, loudspeaker announcements, online postings). * Receive and screen candidate profiles according to the requisition, scheduling them for in-person interviews. * Administer psychometric and toxicology tests to scheduled candidates (coordinate driving tests with instructors for Operators). * Monitor and verify that Operators’ licenses remain valid. * Support various company integration events and social service initiatives. * Prepare various weekly and monthly reports. * Manage and track uniforms. * Track and update personnel documentation. Preference for candidates who hold a driver’s license; working hours from Monday to Saturday.
