Job Summary: We are seeking an Air Traffic Controller Agent to detect and resolve logistical anomalies, coordinate teams, suppliers, and customers, and generate detailed reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detect and resolve anomalies in the logistics flow 2. Serve as the primary point of contact between teams and suppliers 3. Analyze root causes of issues and propose solutions Well-known company in the parcel delivery industry requires: Air Traffic Controller Agent Gender: Unrestricted Age: 25 to 45 years old Detect anomalies, delays, or disruptions in the logistics flow Identify and resolve issues such as delivery delays and package discrepancies Document changes or incidents and share them with the relevant teams Act as the primary point of contact among internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers Ensure smooth coordination among all supply chain stakeholders Create detailed reports on key performance indicators, such as delivery times, logistics costs, and service level compliance Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to implement immediate solutions Analyze root causes of recurring problems and implement corrective actions Responsible for timely monitoring of contracted services across the network and generating exception reports Cover the settlements department when operations require it.
