Preparation of operational and administrative reports A leading company in air brake system components and spare parts for passenger transport, urban vehicles, and tractor-trailers seeks: ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT **Requirements:** * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Administration (completed) * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (mandatory) * Minimum two years’ experience with platforms, logistics, routes, and waybill tracking (mandatory) **Responsibilities:** * Daily registration and tracking of courier services, messenger services, and material delivery to customers. * Scheduling of pickups and tracking of waybills in transit. * Operational and administrative reporting. * Registration and tracking of work orders, materials, and warranties. * Reimbursement of travel allowances. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Av.
