Payroll Administration Supervisor We are looking for an organized, service-oriented professional to join our team as Payroll Administration Supervisor. You will be responsible for comprehensive incident management, pre-payroll processing, and direct employee support to ensure an impeccable administrative process. Your main responsibilities: Download attendance and absence records via the Biotime system; analyze medical leaves, vacation requests, permissions, and enter weekly incidents. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding in the system; prepare personnel movement forms; verify correct application of all earnings and deductions. Analyze and process loan requests per internal policies; request biweekly bonuses and supplements. Resolve inquiries regarding IMSS, FONACOT, payroll, and severance payments. Physically deliver payroll receipts to operational staff and managers. Prepare forms for employee removal from the payroll roster and submit severance calculation requests to corporate. Profile Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Accounting, Education, or related field. Age: 20 to 45 years old. Driver’s license: Valid (standard automobile driver or chauffeur). Availability: Willingness to travel. We Offer: Employment Type: Permanent.
