Totalplay is looking for: **HOME COLLECTION MANAGER FOR MANZANILLO** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Meet the minimum number of daily visits. * Meet the minimum number of monthly visits. * Manage recovery of customers with overdue accounts. * Ensure payment commitments from delinquent customers. * Recovery of Totalplay equipment. * Negotiation with the customer. **What do we require from you?** * Age: 18 years and older. * Education: High school diploma or higher. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a collection manager or in similar positions. * Must know how to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license. * Smartphone proficiency. * Service-oriented attitude. * Effective communication skills. * Persuasion and convincing abilities. * Negotiation skills. **What do we offer you?** * Base salary: $11,000.00 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–7:00pm.
