Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Officer for account recovery, client negotiation, and payment promise generation. Key Highlights: 1. Account recovery with a results-oriented approach. 2. Responsibilities: In-home collections, client negotiation, payment promise generation, and account recovery. * High school diploma completed (preferred). * Motorcycle or vehicle required (mandatory) / Driver's license (optional). * Experience in account recovery. * Familiarity with the city / Results-focused. We Offer: * Base salary: $12,596.00 monthly. * Training bonus of $300.00 pesos per week (for the first 8 weeks). * Excellent uncapped commission structure (explained during interview).
