Position Summary: We are seeking a Collections Officer to conduct in-person collections, negotiate with customers, and recover accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Account recovery experience 2. Responsibilities: In-person collections, customer negotiation, generation of payment commitments, and account recovery. * Completed high school education (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Driver's license (optional). * Account recovery experience * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. We Offer * Base salary: $12,596.00 MXN monthly * Training bonus of $300.00 MXN per week (for the first 8 weeks). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during interview).
