Responsibilities: * Field collection * Customer negotiation * Generation and follow-up of payment commitments Requirements: * Completed high school education (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in early-stage or charged-off account recovery (preferred but not mandatory). * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $25,000 We Offer: * Biweekly base salary * Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 for the first 6 months (in addition to commissions). * Monthly training bonus of $1,200 (for the first 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission structure (details provided during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 is contingent upon performance). * Weekly gasoline allowance * IMSS coverage (100% contribution from day one).
