




**Job Description: Collection Manager / Job Objective** Effectively manage delinquent portfolios with over 60 days of overdue status, focusing on establishing payment agreements, debt restructuring, and collecting relevant customer information to facilitate portfolio recovery. **Education** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field. **Requirements** * Valid driver’s license. * Personal vehicle. * Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience** in collecting portfolios overdue by more than 60 days. * Knowledge of basic legal procedures applicable to collections. * Experience in collections both **in-office and in-field**, including home visits for collections. * Preparation and follow-up of payment agreements. * Familiarity with the assigned collection area. **Competencies and Skills** * Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections. * Resilience and frustration tolerance. * Results-oriented mindset and discipline. * Clear, assertive, and persuasive communication. * Ability to work under pressure and meet goals. **Responsibilities** * Manage portfolios overdue by more than 60 days. * Conduct personalized negotiations with customers through various contact channels (telephone, digital, and in-person). * Prepare, formalize, and follow up on payment agreements and debt restructurings. * Conduct home visits to customers to reinforce collections and establish payment agreements. Collect and record relevant on-site information regarding the customer’s situation to support the portfolio recovery strategy.
