We seek a dynamic, solution-oriented, and highly focused **Claims Manager** capable of administering and monitoring incidents involving a fleet of over 300 active units, ensuring agile response times and efficient damage recovery. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure proper management, release, and recovery of vehicles involved in accidents, as well as recovery of debts arising from such incidents, guaranteeing swift turnaround times, cost reduction, and favorable agreements for the company. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide immediate assistance to drivers in the event of an accident (24/7 phone availability). * Comprehensively manage and track vehicle accident claims. * Negotiate favorable agreements with third parties, insurance companies, and government agencies. * Visit impound lots, towing services, public prosecutor’s offices, and government agencies to secure vehicle releases. * Recover abandoned or lost vehicles. * Monitor repairs at workshops and with insurance companies. * Manage debt collection and recover outstanding balances from terminated drivers. * Administrative control, safekeeping, and tracking of documentation. * Simultaneous handling of multiple cases (fleet of +300 active units). **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** More than 5 years of experience in: * Procedures with insurance companies. * Coordination with government agencies. * Vehicle or portfolio recovery. * Degree in Business Administration (completed or incomplete). * Valid driver’s license. * **Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Demonstrable experience in negotiation and conflict resolution. * Certificate of no criminal record. * **Personal vehicle (mandatory).** **WE OFFER:** * Monthly net salary of $16,000. * **Commission-based incentives** for debt recovery and damage payment collections. * Weekly fuel and maintenance allowance when required. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. * Work location: Colonia Industrial, Monterrey, NL. * Immediate hiring.
